Try barbers point beach park but walk toward the left for about 15-20 minutes to the edge where theres a rock wall that extends outside. Left of the rockwall isn't too rocky there, but its a farther walk than most spots.

Tracks has some reef... but I hardly lost gear the few times I whipped out there... hooked mostly moanos. After the first few times getting stuck, you learn about the area and conditions: how fast you need to reel to avoid the bottom, and try keep your pole pointing up while reeling in... keeps your weight and hook off the bottom.

It takes time to learn ... I used to get stuck ALL THE TIME when i first started whipping. I'm not an expert or anything now - i still get stuck choke times!!... but the ratio has gone down :D And then there's days when NOTHING goes right (snag on the very first cast, lose all your gear, etc.) Its part of the game... some days you win, some days you lose Everything. Just make sure you have fun! But keep reading in this forum, I learned a lot from here

Are you whipping or dunking? Probably would help if you describe how you set up your rigs

No, its Barber's Point Beach Park, which is to the left of Germaine's Luau. Walk in the Honolulu direction along the shoreline and you'll reach the Jetty. Left side is more sandy than the right.

If you keep getting stuck, then you need to either crank faster with your tip higher up, or how about using a bubble float? It'll keep your lure below the surface and keep you from getting stuck. The splashing of the floater also attracts game too. 8)

Yea its on the left of the Jetty. Been there once only and had a strike but hook didn't set. Otherwise, it did look like a pretty good place to fish.
