Dead Shark on Maui Beach

Post by Brian F. » Thu Mar 08, 2012 2:24 pm

Title of this article is "Reef Shark Found Dead; Species Nets a Bad Rap". Too bad Maui DLNR officer gave fishermen a bad rap by speculating that it was fishermen that left shark on the beach. http://www.mauinews.com/page/content.de ... tml?nav=10

Same guy also said there were no visible signs of injury. I take that as no hook in its mouth. If a fisherman brought it to shore, there would either be a hook in its mouth or signs that it was hooked. But then again, I'm just .....speculating. :?
