Vinha Dahlos bluebone (vinga doish, or vinha dershz) POdagee vinegar pickling sauce for veggies, meat, fish. Comes in packets like the spaghetti & chili sauces. Fillet & skin, cut into 1/2" thick pieces. Soak in sauce overnight, eggwash/panko & fry in oil till golden brown....MEEEEAN! The longer you soak it, the more vinegary it tastes. Anywhere from 3hr soak to overnight is good. I like strong vinegar taste so i soak overnight...eat with rice & kimchee, whoa! I like catch bluebone now!
