torching headlamp

Post by printortag808 » Mon May 26, 2014 4:30 pm

Want to start taking grandkids night torching and was wondering if anyone had ideas of a "backpack/hands free/propane lantern" system. Saw one on TV long ago. Mahalos ahead of time for any ideas.

I've seen people make them out of the frames that you use for scuba tanks. Add some padding and an "arm" to hold the lantern above your head.

I believe Charleys in ward sells them...... (at least, I know they used to sell em.... idk if they still do)

Maybe try call em up before heading down

btw if i remember correctly it was pretty expensive..... but if they still have it then at least u can look at em and get an idea of how to build it
Give a man a fish he eats for a day.........Teach him to fish and he has to buy expensive fishing rods, reels, hooks, lures, line, lead, and subscribe to every fishing magazine on earth.
