Sashimi
Simple, cut the "Good" parts of the Ulua into thin slices. Put the slices on a plate covered with cabbage or daikon and serve with wasabe/shoyu or chinese hot mustart/shoyu.
Frying
Filet it then do it the Bachelors style. Put some flour and pepper. Then fry till slightly crispy. Add Shoyu and lemon for extra taste.
